Is EWS Quota reservation applicable in 15% AIQ seats of ESIC medical colleges?

Last year, eventhough EWS was implemented in many state counselling, it was not implemented in all india counselling… not just in esi, even AIIMS did not have any seats for EWS. We have to wait till the seat matrix is released by medical counselling committee to check whether it is implemented atleast this year?
