Our focus is complete customer satisfaction for the counselling services we provide. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund in case of counselling subscription will be as follows

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel your subscription within 2 days of subscription and get full refund after deducting up-to 5% processing charges.
  2. If you cancel after 2 days, you may still be eligible for partial refund depending on the usage and reason for cancellation.
  3. After 7 days of subscription, no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

  1. If paid via online payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase/bank account attached to the NetBanking/UPI used on the payment gateway.
  2. If paid in Cash/Direct Deposit or IMPS or NEFT or UPI to the Bank Account, refund will be given in Cash only for which the individual has to come in person.
  3. Refund will be initiated within 2 business days from the date of cancellation and will be completed within 7-12 business days from the date of initiation of refund. So it might take maximum of 14 days as there are procedures from payment gateway and bank side.
