The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts centralized counselling for Deemed Universities across India under the All India Quota process. All Deemed University 100% MBBS seats, including Management (Minority) and NRI categories, are filled through MCC online counselling based on NEET-UG rank. Candidates from any state in India are eligible to participate, as there is no state domicile restriction for deemed universities.
