Sir, salary and agriculture income cannot be considered as a income of the individual as per NCBC. My father is working in central government having a salary of Rs 9Lakhs per annum. Mycaste BC D and exists in central list of OBC AP. Am I eligible for OBC-NCL certificate in AP.

There is no ministry orders related to the proposed increase of 8 lakhs/year limit to 12 lakhs/year limit..or excluding salary and farm income…. http://ncbc.nic.in/Home.aspx
Eventhough there are news articles mentioning the same.. govt has not passed any orders till now.. we have to see whether it happens before counselling begins…
