No. you should get disability certificate from hospitals having disability assessment board. As per RPWD Act 2018, students having any of the 21 benchmark disabilities should get themselves certified at any of the below mentioned disability assessment boards. The Physically handicapped (PWD) students should carry treatment documents related to their disability, including their investigation reports, when they report to the below mentioned designated hospital to get the disability certificate.
