What will happen to the unfilled PH category seats after 2nd round of counselling?

Unfilled Physically handicapped(PH) category seats of government colleges are transferred to respective state quota counselling after 2nd round all India counselling. You are eligible to apply for these seats in state counselling at your native state. For example, if you are native of Andhra, then you can apply in Andhra Pradesh state MBBS counselling.
For deemed university, there are no PH reservation under Management quota.
