I am a general category student of bihar with marks around 390 to 400 am i able to take admission in private colleges of south india with total fee for 4.5 yrs betweem 40 to 45 lakhs

Telangana cut off for management quota seats last year was 362. In general, private colleges charge fees for 5 years. so the total tuition fees would be close to 58 lakhs… in other states like andhra pradesh, tamilnadu the tuition fees is little higher.
