How is seat allocated during 1st round for BC,MBC & OC?

I belong to TN-OC category. It looks like all candidates compete in first round as per the state rank. If BC or MBC candidate having more mark than an OC candidate, will the allocation of seats for BC or MBC candidate go from 69% reserved seat OR from 31% UR seat count?  Thank you very much.

yes. you are right. OC category seats are available for BC and MBC candidate, so toppers from other reservation categories will also grab open category seats.
