Newly open medical college good for admission??

Lecturers, Patients, Infrastructure, class rooms wont be there in newly opened colleges. it takes 5 years for government medical college to fully operational and for private medical college it may take more than 5 years. You need senior ug students for guidance during mbbs education and for pg preparation. it is advisable to avoid newly opened colleges.
