MY SON IS BORN IN TELANGANA & HOLDING TELANGANA AADHAR CARD
HE STUDIED 1 TO 9TH IN QATAR
HE STUDIED 10TH TO 12TH IN TELENGANA.
BOTH PARENTS – ARE FROM TELENGANA
I AM SUBMITTING MOTHER\’s RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY MRO TO CLAIM UNDER 85% STATE QUOTA
WILL MY SON WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR TELANGANA STATE 85% QUOTA AND/OR CATEGORY-A QUOTA?
IF NOT WILL HE BE ELIGIBLE FOR CATEGORY- B SEAT (Rs. 11.50 LAKHS/ANNUM)?

He may not be eligible for local quota but eligible for 15% state quota. He can apply for govt college as well as category -A seats but under the 15% unreserved quota as he did not study 9-12th in telangana..I am assuming either father or mother stayed in telangana for 10 continuous years…..student from any state of India including NRIs are eligible for Category -B seat.
