Dear Sir,My son studied in Andhra Pradesh from 8th standard to 12th standard. Total he studied 5 years in Andhra Pradesh. Is he become Andhra Pradesh local? He will be eligible for 85% Andhra quota seat MBBS

Yes. he is eligible for 85% andhra pradesh quota. 
as per last year eligibility criteria:
Candidate studied in local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years and completed +2/PUC are eligible.
