Sir I am from andhraPradesh can I hold the seat that I got in second round of counseling and participate in third round(mop up round) if I got seat in third round but I am not satisfied then I can go to seat that i hold in second round of counseling and if I got seat in good medical college then I can leave second round seat and join the that I got in third round
