I have not appeared for deemed university counseling in Round 1 and 2, i.e. I have only paid 1000 + 10000 during registration. I have not been allotted a seat in Round 1 or 2. I am also not eligible for state counseling. How can I apply for deemed counseling now? Will, there be an option to pay 2 lakhs + 5000 for the mop-up round? What is the concept of resetting the registration?
