🔍 Why the Revision?
The revision follows a judgment by a three-judge High Court bench regarding multiple writ petitions. The court quashed the earlier list and directed KEA to re-allocate seats to ensure fairness. The new allotment ensures the distribution of:
- 443 Additional Seats from nine specific colleges.
- 301 Surrendered MBBS Seats from previous rounds (1st & 2nd).
- 377 Consequential Seats arising from vacancies.
📋 The 3-Stage Allotment Process
The KEA has conducted this revised allotment in three specific stages based on candidates’ existing options (no new options were required):
- Stage 1: Allotment of the 443 additional seats to eligible candidates.
- Stage 2: Allocation of the 301 surrendered MBBS seats to all eligible candidates.
- Stage 3: Allocation of 377 consequential seats and vacancies arising up to Dec 5, 2025.
