All India Quota counselling for 2019 has started on 19th June 2019. Students who have qualified in NEET 2019 examination are eligible to apply for MBBS/BDS seats available under 15% all india quota in government medical colleges as well as 100% seats in private medical colleges in India which are affiliated to deemed universities.

The online counselling website to participate under All India Quota is mcc.nic.in. MMC conducts online counselling for 4932 govt college all india quota seats, 7099 deemed university mgmt quota seats, Log on to this website and click “UG Medical counselling” link.
You will be taken to the online counselling page where you can register yourself for the NEET 2019 All India Quota counselling.
The first thing you should know is that All India Quota counselling is an online counselling, which means you have to register online, pay registration fees online, fill your college choices online, and finally download allotment order online if you are allotted medical college.
MCC conducts counselling for not only 15% all india quota in government medical colleges, but it also conducts online counselling for Management quota and NRI quota MBBS Seats in private medical colleges affiliated to deemed universities. MCC also conducts counselling for ESI Quota seats in medical colleges run by ESI as well as delhi state university quota.
If you belong to delhi state, you should apply in mcc website for maulana azad, lady hardinge, ucms and vmmc.
There are two rounds of counselling. First round counselling registration starts on 19th june 2019 and ends on 24th june 2019. After registration you have to select your choice of college based on your preference in this website.
After you select colleges during the first round counselling, results will be displayed on mcc website. You need to download the allotment letter and join the medical college if you like that. If you do not like that, you can simply wait for the 2nd round counselling.
