Sir I am from andhraPradesh prakasam district my thasildhar or MRO said that my caste certificate is permanent which taken in 2018 and he said I can use it  in counseling and it is not expired it is permanent certificate in previous comment you said expired can not be used in counseling now can I use it for counseling
