My Daughter is OCI card holder studying and living inTelangana, india from last 12 years and writing Neet 2021. Is she eligible for state quota seats. I myself a OCI card holder and doing business and paying regular tax.

As per the last year Telangana state counselling prospectus section 2.1, she is eligible under local or non-local quota depending on the residence duration in AU, SVU, OU region districts. I have given the text from prospectus for your reference…
2.1. a) The candidate should be an Indian National or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) /
Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holder and should satisfy the Local or Nonlocal status in Telangana (Residence requirement) as laid down in Andhra Pradesh
