- The college and hospital units are on the same campus with an area of 18426.9 sq m and 75216.53 sq m respectively.
- The medical college consists of four separate blocks, each with a three-story building.
- The pre- and para-clinical divisions are in “A”, “B” & “C”, while the administrative division, including the dean’s office, is located in the Block “D”.
- The Administrative Block has various divisions such as Establishment, Education, Student and Accounts.
- The Central Library is located on a three-story campus that was built near the administrative block and in front of the A block.
- The Library has 14102 books, 114 journals include 37 Foreign and 77 Indian journals, 452 CD/DVD roms, 878 back volumes, 832 Dissertations and up to date E medical databases.
- The Central Library manages 21 departmental libraries to meet their individual book needs.
- These departmental libraries are housed in each department and contain approximately 100 to 150 books for the use of the authors of the relevant specialized section.
- Books issued section starting from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday to Friday and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday.
- Reading section opening from 8 am to 2 pm for all working days.
- A computer network of up to 30 computers connected to the main server.

- The hostels have 468 accommodations for undergraduates, 75 accommodations for trainees interns, and 64 single seats for residents.
- The hostels are under the supervision of the Rector and two Wardens, who oversee the day-to-day administration under the overall control of the Dean.
