You can try kerala state counselling(fees=6 lakhs/annum) and karnataka state counselling(fees=8 lakhs/annum). You can also try UP counselling....there are few colleges in 8.5 lakhs/annum range... you can check fees details for any medical college in mbbscouncil android app.all the best.

only for kerala private colleges, fees is 6 lakhs/annum but cut off is much higher... you can get in telangana b category seats with fees 11.5 lakhs/year..
