- Amrita Medical College has the Central Library with a total area of 1800 square meter.
- AMS Library remains open until 12:00 midnight for student’s purposes.
- The library which is currently having a collection of more than 13,000 books, 1007 e-books, videotapes and multimedia materials.
- It also subscribes and receives 4900 journal titles approximately and has more than 1300 CDs/DVDs for student’s reference.
- AMS has 6 Lecture Theatres for Medical College and Hospital.
- Out of these, 4 Lecture Theaters are used for Medical College and 2 for Hospital.
- Medical College hall having 132 seating capacity and Hospital hall having 150 seating capacity.
- All of these Lecture Theaters are fully computerized and well equipped with audio-visual aids like microphone, LCD projector, and overhead projector.
- There is one Examination Hall is available with air conditioning and CCTV and mobile jammers capable of seating up to 250 students.

- They are provided separate rooms for girls and boys.
- International students are expected to stay in a guesthouse or hostel during their studies.
- Students have the option of eating in dining rooms, located near their hostels or in canteens.

- The Kochi Road network is well connected to neighboring cities and states by several highways, and the medical school is 10 kilometers from the city and takes 20 minutes to travel by local transport such as Govt / private bus, taxi and Metro.
- The city has four main railway stations such as Ernakulam Junction, Ernakulam Town, Aluva and Tripunithura and is well connected with many of India’s cities.
- Ernakulam Junction & Town Station is the nearest to the college, as 13 kms and 30 minutes’ drive away.
- The nearest college Metro station is Edapally, at 5kms away, which is 20 minutes from the city center and can be reached in 15 minutes.

I want to admit my daughter this year 2021 in AMC for MBBS course. She may score approx 500 in NEET 2021. Pls guide me how to admit? Is it possible via central quota or to go via management quota?
my NEET score is 406. Is there a possibility to get admission in Amrita, Kochi through Management Quota?
The fees is very expensive. The teaching method is good. They used powerpoints and animations in classroom. The hostel and mess is okay.
