• Dr.Somervell Medical COllege library spread over the total area of about 2638 square metres that has a three storied building.

• Dr.SMCSI Library is an air-conditioned Library with seating arrangement for 300 students for reading.
• There is inside reading room for 150 students and outside room for 150 students.
• Dr.Somervell Library has 12983 books are present.
• There are 40 journals including national and international journals, CDS, Video cassettes and floppies etc.

  Dr.Somervell Medical College has four gallery type lecture theatres with air conditioned facility.
• Out of these 4 theatres, 3 has the seating capacity for 180 students each for Medical college, and one in the hospital of capacity for 250 students.
• Dr.Somervell Medical College has the two Examination Halls of capacity 250 with area of 250 square meter each.

• Separate hostel is available on campus for both boys and girls.
• Dr.Somervell hostel accommodation is provided for undergraduate students, interns, residents and nurses.
