- Besides this, there is a separate block for the Pharmacy department and Diploma course for teaching & training of Pharmacy students.
- The College has a total of five lecture theatres, out of 04 lecture theatres available at college & one in Hospital for teaching all disciplines.
- All lecture theatres have air-conditioned with a seating capacity of about 180 students each and equipped with latest audiovisual aids.
- Examination hall 2nos available within the campus, one in college and another in Nursing college with a seating capacity of 250 students.
- The college labs have a number of new medical types of equipment have been added and most of them have already started functioning.
- LLRM Medical College Meerut has Central Library, situated in Academic block and floor area covers 1200 Sq.mts which includes Reference Section, Reading Rooms and Journal Section.

- LLRM Meerut has a residential complex as separate Hostel facilities for boys and Girls within the College.
The hostel is one of the biggest in the state comprising of 150.49 acres of land & has a residential facility provided for 115 teachers, 650 undergraduate students, 210 postgraduate students, 225 paramedical personnel, 392 Employees & 100 Trainee Nurses. - All the rooms are fully furnished with all the adequate facilities.
- The college provides Extracurricular activities for the students which include outdoor game sports like Football, Cricket pitch, Basket Ball, Volley Ball and Basketball and indoor sports like Chess, Caroms, Table Tennis all provided to gets the benefit of the students.
- Also, a well equipped Gymnasium has been maintained at the Hostel for Physical activities.
