• The Maharajah’s Institute of Medical Sciences has two blocks of 1,10,000 sq.ft and 90,000 sq.ft respectively.
• The College is spread over area of 9, 00,000 sq.ft comprising of 13 buildings.
• In this college entire necessary infrastructure is composed of four lecture halls with each has 180 capacity, two examination halls each having the seating capacity of 250, each have adequate desks/writing benches with chairs and sufficient space between two students.
• Separated common rooms for boys and girls attached with toilet.
• The Maharajah’s Institute of Medical Sciences has an air-conditioned Central Library which is spread over 2400 Sq.m with comfortable seating arrangement.
• Two reading room is available each with capacity of 250 students for reading.
• This library is containing 12864 books are present and  there are 72 Indian and 31 foreign  journals available.
• Well developed Air-conditioned Computer room with Internet facility and Medlar with 40 nodes is also available.

Hostel

• The Maharajah’s Institute of Medical Sciences is providing the Separate hostel facility is available in the campus for both male and female students.
• This hostels has got separate block for freshers.
• There are 90 rooms for Boys and 110 rooms for girls hostel.
• MIMS Hostel has a study room with facilities for computer and internet, a visitor room.
• And also with recreational facility room having T.V., Music, Indoor games etc. well cared mess facilities for the students, well maintained kitchen and comfortable dining hall facility, and solar energy powered water supply source is available.
• This Hostels has provided accommodate facility of UG Students with 75% capacity of 565 students.

• This hospital is receiving approximately  1475  out patients per day.
• It has 740 beds and  11 Operation Theaters those are divided into major has 9 and minor has 2.
