• Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences is spread over 63 acres on the NH-45 /GST Road in Maduranthagam, this is popularly called KIMS.
• It has a well-equipped rescue unit, with skilled doctors all the time dealing with trauma and emergency cases at any time.
  There are two academic blocks in KVIMS that are exceptional.
• It can accommodate 1,200 students and is equipped with centralized air conditioning, other services and a spectacular stage with excellent lighting.
• Classrooms are well-designed that contain everything needed to create a pleasant learning atmosphere.
• The examination room is available with 950 sqmts provding capacity for 700 people.
• There are four classrooms available in the college building for up to 650 students and one available for 150 in the hospital building.
• The library has been designed with plenty of natural light, in an atmosphere conducive to quiet individual and group lessons and fun reading, It covers an are of 1600 sq mts, This library has fully air-conditioned facilities.
• There is a reading room available with seating capacity for 360 students.
• There are separate reading rooms for students and employees of PG, The library has a total of 70,029 medical textbooks.
